- Didn't get your files? Check spam for the Gumroad receipt; the download link lives there. Still nothing? Email us and we'll resend.
- File won't open? All governing documents are .docx and open in Microsoft Word or Google Docs. Tell us your software and we'll send a compatible copy.
- Bought the wrong package? Contact us before downloading and we'll swap it — see the Refund Policy.
- Membership questions? You can manage or cancel your CalHOA Current membership in your Gumroad account any time.
What we can't help with
