Refund Policy

Our products are instant digital downloads, so our policy follows the standard for digital goods — with a genuine commitment to fixing anything that goes wrong.

One-time purchases

All sales are final once the files have been downloaded. Because templates can be copied the moment they're delivered, we can't "take them back" the way a physical product is returned.

That said, we stand behind delivery: if you experience a technical problem — a corrupted file, a missing document from your package, a download link that fails — contact us and we will fix it promptly, usually within a few hours. If you purchased the wrong package (for example, the HOA set when you needed the Condo set), contact us before downloading the files and we'll swap or refund the difference.

CalHOA Current membership

Memberships renew automatically. You may cancel any time before your renewal date through your Gumroad account or by contacting us; you keep full access through the end of the period you've paid for. Renewal charges are refundable if you request cancellation within seven (7) days of the renewal and have not downloaded new files in that period.

What refunds don't cover

We can't refund purchases because an association chose not to adopt the documents, because an attorney recommended revisions (revision is the expected workflow), or because of legal changes after your update-delivery period ended.
